Earlier today Nintendo announced the newest entry to their classic Nintendo Switch Online collection. Another hit from the N64-era – F-Zero X will be coming to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members on March 11.

We’re quite excited for the new titles especially because the announcement also confirmed that their will be online and split-screen multiplayer. However, we can’t help but be reminded about the fact that the series hasn’t seen a new title since F-Zero Climax on the GBA back in 2004.

Hopefully, the popularity of F-Zero X might get Nintendo to reconsider the series and who knows maybe we’ll see another long last franchise revived on the Switch. In the meantime check out the trailer below:
