Despite the cancellation of the E3 event this year, it seems the June period will still be filled with much video game goodness. Just last week, Xbox (plus Bethesda) confirmed that their showcase would be happening on the 12th of June at 7 pm SA time. Today, the Geoff Keighley-led Summer Game Fest announced that their live showcase event would be happening only three days earlier on 9 June 2022 at 8pm SA Time.

There are not many details about what we can expect for the Game Fest this year but the short announcement did include confirmation that Mr Keighley would be hosting and we can expect “announcements, reveals and more!”
